1. Services

WebRove LLC provides digital marketing, AI-powered lead management, website development, chat automation, voice AI, SMS automation, booking systems, and related technology services (“Services”). The specific services provided to you will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with us or are provided access to a platform or dashboard as part of our Services, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Payment and Billing

Fees for our Services are outlined in your service agreement or proposal. By subscribing to any of our monthly plans, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice. Your continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@gowebrove.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle after cancellation is confirmed. No refunds are issued for partial months of service.

6. SMS and Communication Services

As part of our Services, we may configure automated SMS, email, and voice communication systems on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of these communication tools complies with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state regulations. You agree not to use our Services to send unsolicited communications or spam.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
  • Collect or harvest personal information without consent
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our platform or services

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials created by WebRove LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Work product created specifically for your business as part of a service agreement becomes your property upon full payment of all outstanding fees.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms such as Go High Level, Showcase IDX, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and others. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by these third-party platforms that may affect your Services. Additional fees charged by third-party platforms are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebRove LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebRove LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason we deem necessary, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Louisiana.
